We will wait for you at the exit of the arrivals gate of Heraklion airport and will be holding a sign with your name. In case of return trips back to the airport, we will be waiting outside the reception of your hotel.

We constantly monitor your flight and track it in order to be on time when you arrive. We adjust realtime to modifications on flights. This is the reason why we ask you for your flight number. Of course no extra charges apply!

We will have installed in our cars one or more baby sets/child seats/boosters if you wish. Please specify the number and the type in the reservation form. Needless to say that this is free of charge.

You can pay either in cash or in credit card when you reach your destination at each trip. We accept all major credit cards.

Our taxis have one of the largest storage space in their category. We will do our best to accommodate your luggage, but if this is not possible you will have to use our minivan service or hire a second car.

Based on the number of passengers we will suggest the appropriate combination of vehicles and the corresponding price. Our taxis can transfer up to four passengers and our minivans up to eight.
